Perfect for after the holidays, we offer Pole Boot Camp, to blast fat and keep it off. Class is limited to 8 ladies so each lady has her own pole! 90 minutes of intense cardio pole fitness strength training. Be ready to burn up to 800 calories a class! The goal in this class it to keep your heart rate up with spins, pole strength poses, climbing, transitional moves and floor work all while learning to control your moves to create fluid transitions and controlled pole work. No experience necessary. Moves in this class will be individual, based on each ladies strength. Be prepared to work hard and see results. You will learn the same tricks and spins taught in our progression Level One Pole classes. Tricks and spins are taught with the beginner in mind, with options for easy to more advanced so depending on your level and strength, you will be challenged. If you are not use to working out, this is a great way to start! Ladies who take Boot Camp can progress to level 2 just like those who take pole Level One.

Pole Fitness Level 2 is another 6 week progression course with more advanced strength moves, spins and transitions with an emphasis on fluidity and precision. For ladies who've completed Pole level One and are ready for some more challenging moves. We'll continue to build your strength and perfect the moves you have already learned, as well as teach you some more challenging moves and routines. You will be climbing and doing inverted moves in this class. This class is limited to 8 ladies. PLEASE NOTE: Ladies, if you have taken level one, and can do a pull up on the pole you can move to this class. The moves will be broken down into 3 levels so all tricks and spins can be done at your own fitness level. If you would like to drop into this class it is $20.00 and you must reserve your pole!
POLE 2 ADVANCED TRICKS

This is a trcks based class that will give you a great workout, develop and strengthen your muscles! Each week will be new tricks and spins incorporated into aerobic movement for that ultimate workout! You must have completed a Pole 2 (6 week) course in order to register for this class!

Please call ahead to reserve a drop in spot! To get a drop in card you are required to have gone through, or be enrolled in a 6 week course! Please e-mail, or call to reserve your pole, we have 9 poles ! Once you reserve a pole you must show up, or call at least 48 hours ahead of time to cancel, or your card will be punched without you! You will be dropping in on pole fit classes in session. Pick any class in session you can fit in your schedule and reserve your pole.
